Our new Quality Management System Plan meets all of the rigorous requirements of ISO 9001-2000, and we’re now in the process of formalizing our processes and procedures in a Quality Procedures Manual that will cover both administrative and turbine service field operations. The intent of our QMSP is to provide a formal mechanism for continuous process improvement with a view to providing a better turbine outage result for our clients.
